Aspen Retail Update

Here is a recap of the retail/restaurant movements in Aspen this winter:

Hermes will open in the Benton Building next to Clark’s Oyster Bar.

Canada Goose is open across the street from Clark’s on Hyman Avenue.

Sant Ambroeuse, the popular café and coffee shop, is opening next to Canada Goose. They will also open a permanent café in the Main Street Bakery location in 2024.

Gucci is moving across Galena Street and taking over 5000 square feet in the “Gap” building.

Re/Done is open on the Hyman Mall.

Fusalp is completing its renovation next door to Re/Done and hoping to be open this winter.

Golden Goose is opening for the holidays on the Hyman Mall.

Malin Gallery is opening in January near the gondola in the old Peri.A space (above Big Wrap).

Parc Aspen, a farm-to-table concept, is opening in the old L’Hostaria space on December 13th.

Wild Fig will be opening in the old Nakazawa space.

Madame Ushi is opening just after Christmas in the old 7908 location.

Lastly, a distillery will take over the Aspen Pie Shop for the season.
